1 pkg. frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze water out)
1 c mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 Tbs dried parsley
1 tsp seasoning salt
2-4 stalks chopped green onion
1 c sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp beaumonde
1 can water chestnuts chopped
Mix ingredients, chill
