Rhubarb Cream Pie

3 c sugar
6 Tbs flour
1 tsp nutmeg
2 T melted butter
4 eggs

Mix well with a wire whip.
Add 7-8 cups diced fresh rhubarg to the above misture

Mix well and our into pastry shells. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes.
Makes two pies.
