Carrot Cake

2 c sugar
1 ½ c salad oil
4 eggs beaten
3 c flour
2 t soda
2 t baking soda
½ t salt
2 t cinnamon
2 jars baby Jr. Carrots
1 c chopped nuts

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 50 to 60 min. in 350 oven. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
