Christmas Punch

½ gallon vanilla ice cream
½ gallon orange sherbet
46 ounce can pineapple juice
2 liter of sprite

Mix pineapple juice and sprite in punch bowl. Add ice cream and sherbet in small scoops to mixture. Stir well. Add more Sprite if desired. Serves 15 –20 people
