Melt in your Mouth Cake

Layer 1:
1 cube margarine
1 c flour
½ c nuts
1 Tbs sugar
Pat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350* for 15 min. Cool.

Layer 2:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipped cream.
Blend together and put on top of first layer

Layer 3:
2 pkgs 4 ½ oz instant pudding (one chocolate and one vanilla) Prepare as for pie.

Layer 4:
Cover with whip cream and chopped nuts.

Refrigerate
