Poppy Seed Chicken

1 cup melted butter
2 Tbs poppy seeds
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

1can cream of chicken soup
16 oz carton sour cream
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

Combine butter, crushed crackers, and poppy seeds. Mix well. Pat half of the crumb mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Combine chicken, soup, and sour cream. Place in pan over cracker crumb mixture. Top with remaining cracker crumb mixture. Bake at 350˚ for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
