Manti Pageant Turkey (chicken)

10 lbs of chicken or turkey
1pt oil
1 pt 7up
1 pt Soy
½ tsp horseradish
½ tsp garlic powder
Marinate 18-24 hours
Cook in Dutch oven for 2hours
