Poppy Seed Muffins

1pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Instant toasted coconut pudding
¼ cup poppy seeds
4 eggs
½ cup oil
1 cup hot water

Beat all ingredients together and pour into muffin cups.
Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.
