Coney Island Sauce

½ lb ground beef
¾ t chili powder
¼ c water
½ t accent
¼ c chopped onion
½ t salt
1 chopped clove garlic or 1t garlic powder
1 can tomato sauce

Brown beef slowly, breaking with fork until fine. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Makes enough for 12 hot dogs. If you like your sauce real hot, add a bit of Tabasco sauce.
