Chicken Cordon Bleu

6 whole chicken breasts
8oz sour cream
2 cans cream of Chicken soup
½ lb ham chunks
1 ½ c grated Monterey jack cheese
bread crumbs

Boil chicken. Break into bite size pieces. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, ham and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350* for 40 min. Top with bread crumbs and bake additional 5 min. Serve over rice.
