4 medium sweet potatoes
¼ tsp salt
½ c brown sugar
1 Tbs corn starch
1 c orange juice
¼ c raisins
¼ butter
3 Tbs chopped walnuts
Boil sweet potatoes 20-25 minutes till tender. Cool to touch. Peel and cut. Arrange in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
Combine sugar & corn starch in a small sauce pan. Stir in orange juice & raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook stirring till thickened , add butter, walnuts and stir to melt butter. Pour over potatoes, bake uncovered 350* for 20 Min.
