Barbecue Beef

2 tablespoons melted margarine
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup catsup
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon lemon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard

Put roast in crock-pot with sauce and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Cut meat up before serving.
