Tangy BBQ Beef and Rice

4 lbs round steak
2 12 oz jars chili sauce
½ c lemon juice
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c white vinegar
½ c ketchup
2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
8 c cooked rice
Place steak in crock pot. Combine next 9 ingredients and mix well. Pour over steak. Cook all day. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Serve steak and sauce over rice.
