Spray bottom and sides with cooking spray
1 layer of chopped cabbage
1 layer of Ground Beef
2 onions sliced on top
1 large green pepper- sliced on top
1 can mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, on top
2 Handfuls uncooked rice over all
1 more layer of cabbage
Pour 1 quart tomatoes over all
Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours at 350
