Orange Tapioca Salad

3 c water
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg orange jello
1 pkg tapioca pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 8oz cool whip

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Whisk in gelatin and mixes. Return to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold in oranges, pineapple, and whipped topping. Put in server. Cool at least 2 hours in fridge.
