Chili Quiche Appetizers

(Great for brunch/breakfast)

1 can ( 4oz) chopped green chilies, drained
2 cups( 8oz) shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 c variety baking mix (Bisquick)
1 c half & half or milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp red pepper sauce- optional
1 small can sliced olives- optional

Heat oven to 375. Grease square baking pan. Sprinkle chilies, olives and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients for one min. until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake about 30 min. or till golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into 1 ¼ inch squares. Makes 36 appetizers.
