Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Cinnamon chips:
4 7-inch flour tortillas
1 Tbs sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Salsa:
2 medium Granny Smith Apples
1 cups strawberries
1 kiwi
1 small orange
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs apple jelly

Preheat oven to 400* for cinnamon chips; lightly spray tortillas with water or oil. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges; place in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove and cool on a cooling rack.

For Salsa, peel, core and dice apples. Slice strawberries and dice.. peel, slice and dice kiwi. Zest orange and then juice orange add orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar and apple jelly to diced fruit mixture. Mix gently. Serve with cinnamon chips or over ice cream. It’s even good over brownies and ice cream!
