Chicken Cordon Bleu

2 boneless chicken breasts split (4 pieces)
4 slices thin sliced cooked ham
2 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon dried crushed parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Pound chicken breast fillets between plastic wrap with meat mallet until 1/4” thick. Place one slice each ham and cheese on each fillet. Starting with one of the shorter sides, firmly roll up, tucking in sides. Secure each roll with a wooden pick. On a plate combine cracker crumbs, parsley and paprika. Brush the chicken rolls with melted butter, roll in crumb mixture. Place seam side down in greased 9” baking dish.
Baking directions: 325 fro 30 min. Until chicken is cooked and cheese is melted.
Microwave Directions: Cove and cook for 10-12 min rotating dish twice
