Rice Salad

1 cup long grain cooked rice
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups diced celery
1 small onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 hard cucumber, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6 radishes, sliced

Cook rice as directed, transfer to a large bowl. Cover and chill. Add mayo, celery, onion, mustard and salt, Mix well. Cover & chill. stir in remaining ingredients.
