Chicken Wing Sauce

(This sauce makes a medium wing sauce)

1 stick margarine
1 T Worcestershire sauce
6 oz catsup
12 oz Durkee Hot Sauce
½ t salt
½ t garlic powder
1 t black pepper

Heat over low flame until butter is melted and ingredients are mixed well. Put in large bowl and, as wings are fried, add them to the bowl and toss to cover. Remove wings and place on a cookie sheet or metal bowl and place in a low heat over until the rest of the wings are fried and coated.

NOTE: For milder sauce, decrease the amount of hot sauce to 4oz and pepper to ½ t.
