Cheese Soup

1/2 c Onion
1/2 c Celery
1/2 c Carrots
1/2 c Potatoes
4 T Butter
1 t Nature's Seasoning
1/2 c flour
2 c cold milk
1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
1 c Cheez Whiz
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bacon bits

Fine chop or grate vegetables. Melt butter in a deep saucepan over low heat. Add vegetables and cook till tender, 5-10 min. Stir frequently. Sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning and stir to blend. Blend flour with milk until mixture is smooth. Stir into vegetables. Add chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil over med heat. Stir soup until it thickens. Add Cheez Whiz and shredded cheddar, stir and simmer 5 min. until cheese melts and soup is smooth. Serve and top w/ bacon.
