1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients into blender. cover and blend on high speed for one minutee, stop to stir down once. Bake on greased griddle, using 1/4 c batter for each pancake.

Thanks for the recipe Cindy! Our family loves these. High protein, low carb, we can cook them up like a thick crepe or like a pancake. YUM!
